Mysuru: Akhila Bharata Praja Vedike, Friday Forum and People’s Forum for Civic Rights together had organised an open interaction on the ‘Draft National Educational Policy (NEP) - 2019’ at Maneyangala in Kalamandira premises here yesterday.
Speaking on the occasion, Academic Critic B. Sripada Bhat observed that every education policy including the proposed NEP is formulated in the background of privatisation, globalisation and capitalism. He opined that a common NEP cannot be enforced uniformly throughout the country, with each State having a different language.
