Mysuru: Mysuru Royal Institute of Technology (MRIT) had organised an Inter-College Hackathon at its premises recently which saw an enthusiastic turnout of over 180 participants from various engineering colleges across the city.
The hackathon featured IoTbased problem statements, covering diverse domains such as agriculture, healthcare and transportation solutions. Teams were given a limited time-frame to ideate, develop and present their prototypes to a panel of expert judges comprising industry professionals P.E. Rajesh, Principal Cloud Engineer, HPE, Mahesh Deginal, MD and CEO of Karunadu Technologies Private limited, N. Harish, CTO & Co-Founder of Karunadu Technologies Private limited, D. Rajendra Prasad, Senior Associate at Sealtabs and faculty members from the College.
