Mysuru: The Socialist Unity Centre of India (Communist) will hold a massive protest at Freedom Park in Bengaluru on May 14, demanding that both Central and State Governments take immediate action to control inflation and address the growing issues faced by workers and farmers.
Announcing this at a press conference at Pathrakarthara Bhavan in the city yesterday, SUCI District Secretary B. Ravi said, “Thousands of people from across the State — including members of the farming community, working class and unorganised sectors — will take part in the protest. We expect a turnout of around 10,000 participants.”
