Deshpande. He was speaking after inaugurating the 31st National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC) organised by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), in association with JSS Science and Technology University in city this morning. Karnataka is rich in talent and human resource too, said the Minister, thanking educational institutions, especially those established by private sectors, for having produced the best of talents. “We need to thank all our visionaries and leaders including the then Maharaja Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar for having thought ahead and helped the State evolve in every aspect ranging from education, health, industries, infrastructure and architecture to name a few,” he said.
