The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), New Delhi, in its Circular No.9 dated 28.6.2023, has extended the due date for submission of Form 26Q (TDS on other than salaries), 27Q (TDS on Foreign Payments & 27EQ (TCS-Tax Collection at Source) for Quarter1 of the financial year 2023-24 till Sept.30, 2023.
Form 26Q, 27Q & 27EQ for Quarter1 of FY 2023-24 should be filed using updated RPU/ FVU versions which will be available on Tax Information Network (TIN) website, says N.D. Shreenivaas of Bhavani Associates, Mysuru.
