Mysuru: The Department of Social Welfare has invited applications from meritorious SC students who have passed SSLC (exams conducted by Karnataka Secondary Education Board, CBSE and ICSE), post-matric exams, degree and Post-Graduate degree at first attempt (2018-19) to distribute incentives.
An incentive of Rs.7,000 will be given for scoring above 60 percent marks in SSLC exam and Rs.15,000 for scoring above 75 percent marks; Rs.20,000 for second PUC or 3-year Polytechnic Diploma, Rs.25,000 for Degree students, Rs.30,000 for Post-Graduate students (MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MCA & MFA) and Rs.35,000 for students studying B.Sc Agriculture, Engineering, Veterinary Sciences and Medicine.
