Bengaluru: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts heavy rainfall across several districts in the southern hinterland, expected to span two days from May 8.
Areas including Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Chamarajanagar, Chikkaballapur, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan, Kodagu, Kolar, Mandya, Mysuru, Ramanagara, and Tumakuru are bracing for significant precipitation. Meanwhile, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, and Uttara Kannada districts anticipate normal rainfall on May 9 and 10.
