Mysore/Mysuru: The Mysuru Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) — is organising a two-day Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programme titled ‘Real Aspects of Real Estate’ on June 21 and 22 between 9 am and 5.30 pm at Hotel Southern Star on Vinoba Road, in city.
Eminent speakers, including ICAI Central Council Member CA Cotha S. Srinivas, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Joint Secretary E. Shivarudrappa and Dy. Controller of Finance B.G. Shivakumar, will discuss Real Estate topics such as designing accounting systems for regulatory requirements, Guidance Notes and Accounting Standards, Income Tax, RERA, Joint Development Agreements, Overseas Investment & FEMA, Apartments Association and GST.
