Bengaluru: Taking serious note of the demonstration held by Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, Cabinet Ministers and former CM and CLP leader Siddharamaiah and other Congress leaders in protest against I-T raids on Congress and JD(S) leaders recently, Income Tax officials have lodged a complaint with the Election Commission seeking action against them.
I-T Commissioner B.R. Balakrishna, in a written complaint to the State Chief Electoral Officer Sanjiv Kumar, has accused Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, CLP leader and former CM Siddharamaiah, Ministers D.K. Shivakumar and S.R. Mahesh, MLA and former Minister Ramalinga Reddy, KPCC President Dinesh Gundu Rao and other leaders from both the parties of staging a demonstration in front of the I-T Department office in Bengaluru on Mar.28.
