Hundreds of fish from different species were found dead at the boating pond at Brindavan Gardens at the Krishna Raja Sagar (KRS) Reservoir on Tuesday. It is suspected that miscreants may have used explosives for fishing, mocking the high-level round-the-clock security at the reservoir. According to the Police, a good number of fully-grown fishes of various species were found dead and floating on Tuesday morning. Initially, the personnel at KRS tried to clear the fishes. However, some visitors noticed the incident and alerted the Irrigation Department personnel.
