Mysore/Mysuru: With a lot of homes not having enough rooms to isolate COVID- positive patients, hotels have started offering rooms to be converted into exclusive COVID Care Centres for non-critical and asymptomatic patients.

Addressing a press meet at Mysore Hotel Owners Association premises in Krishnamurthypuram this morning, Vice President of Mysuru Association of Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Clinics and Diagnostic Centres (MAHAN) Dr. G. Siddesh said, “A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by Mysore Hotel Owners Association and MAHAN enabling hotels in Mysuru to offer over 3,000 rooms to accommodate COVID-19 patients.
