Mysore/Mysuru: The Hotel Southern Star Employees Union has urged the State Government to safeguard the interests of the employees and alleged that the Hotel was recently closed illegally.
In a press release, the Employees Union has stated that the Hotel has been closed using COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse and the management has sacked over 100 employees. The press note said that the management has paid salaries up to March and there is no justification to the management’s version that the Hotel was under loss.
