Department of Tourism, under its Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Scheme, is offering free training in the field of Hotel Management for eligible candidates. Male and female candidates, aged 18 to 35 years, can apply for training in food production, bakery and confectionery, food and beverage service, front office and house-keeping. Applications can be obtained and submitted along with necessary documents to Food Craft Institute, First Floor, Kannada Karanji Building, Dasara Exhibition premises, Mysuru. On successful completion of training, candidates would get stipend, training completion certificate from Food Craft Institute and Department of Tourism as well as placement assistance to work in reputed hotels.
