HIVe Mysore 2020: Annual Update Conference from tomorrow

‘HIVe Mysore 2020’ — the 7th Annual Conference to discuss the road ahead in the field of HIV/AIDS treatment and challenges including socio-economic aspects of the infection, will be held on Feb. 8 and 9 at Hotel Rio Meridian in city. Bhaskar Kalale, Chairman, CII, Mysuru, will be the chief guest. Dr. I.S.Gilada, President, AIDS Society of India and Dr. Dilip Mathai, Vice-President, AIDS Society of India & Dean, Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, will be the guests of honour at the inaugural ceremony on Saturday at 12.45 pm. The event is hosted by city-based Asha Kirana Hospital run by a Trust and headed by well-known Paediatrician Dr. S.N. Mothi, K.S. Gururaja and team and co-ordinated by Karnataka State AIDS Prevention Society (KSAPS) and AIDS Society of India (ASI). Dr. Suniti Solomon Memorial Oration will be delivered by Dr. Dilip Mathai. The Conference will be attended by many renowned scholars, researchers and medical practitioners and officers working to tackle challenges surrounding HIV/AIDS. There will be many scientific sessions with papers presented by national and international delegates.
