Mysuru: As part of its monthly Health Talk series, the Elder Citizens Council, Jayalakshmipuram, recently hosted an insightful session featuring renowned physicians Dr. N. Chandrasekhar from Aditya Adhikari Hospital, Gokulam, and Dr. Sainath from PKTB Sanitorium. The event focused on promoting health and longevity among senior citizens through preventive measures and healthy practices.
Dr. Chandrasekhar emphasised the significance of periodic health check-ups and timely medical consultations, reiterating the age-old adage, “prevention is better than cure.”
