A free health check-up camp for the deaf and dumb children has been organised on May 3 and 8 at Room No. 12 ENT Division (OPD) of K.R. Hospital in city which comes under Mysore Medical College and Research Institute (MMC&RI). The free check-up is organised for children who are below six years of age, from 10 am to 1 pm on both days. At the free camp, deserving children will be selected for Cochlear Implant Surgery, says a press release issued by the Dean and Director of MMC&RI.
