Mysuru: A Head Constable serving at Devaraja Police Station in city, died while returning to Mysuru after undergoing check-up at a hospital in Bengaluru. The deceased has been identified as Shadakshari (44), a native of K.R. Nagar. Shadakshari, who got himself examined by doctors at a private hospital in city after his heath fluctuated, was referred to Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology by the doctors. Shadakshari then went to Bengaluru and got himself examined at Kidwai Hospital, where the doctors diagnosed him with blood cancer, besides telling his relatives who had come with him to take him back as chances of him surviving was bleak. When Shadakshari’s relatives were bringing him back to Mysuru, he breathed his last near Channapatna on the way to Mysuru.
