The Department of Handlooms and Textiles will be conducting a workshop on July 25 to provide information about incentives and training programmes conducted by the Department to unemployed youth and weavers working in textile industry. Projects taken up by the Department including power looms and weaver development projects, new textile policy and incentives provided under those schemes would be discussed in the workshop.
