Come Sri Ramanavami and Mysuru gets decked up for Music Concerts. After a gap of two years, the city came alive for the pleasure of music overs. It looked as though everyone were eager to come out of COVID mania. Bidaram Krishnappa’s Sri Prasanna Seetha Rama Mandira was buzzing with sound of music for nearly eleven days.
This Rama Mandira, which is known as the Kashi of musicians, has been celebrating Ramanavami for 106 years now! It caters Karnatak and Hindustani styles of music. Both instrumental and vocal are given equal opportunities. Renowned musicians from all over the country throng the place to please the rasikas.
