Mysuru: Gulbarga University Vice-Chancellor Prof. S.R. Niranjana will be felicitated by University of Mysore Alumni Association (UMAA) and Dr. S.R. Niranjana Felicitation Committee tomorrow (Dec.1) for having been elected as Fellow of National Academy of Sciences, India (FNASc) at Rani Bahadur Auditorium here at 4 pm, said UMAA President Dr. Vasanth Kumar Thimkapura.
Addressing a press meet at Rani Bahadur Auditorium here yesterday, he said, Higher Education Minister G.T. Devegowda will felicitate Prof. Niranjana. Indian National Science Congress Association President and former VC of Mysore University Prof. K.S. Rangappa will be the chief guest.
