The Government First Grade Colleges Guest Lecturers Association has appealed the State Government to continue the service of Guest Lecturers for this academic (2019-20) year too. In a press release, the Association urged the Government to withdraw its June 14 order making it mandatory for Guest Lecturers who served in 2018-19 to apply afresh online, continuation of Guest Lecturers who served in 2018-19 on priority basis and to consider M.Phil / Ph.D qualifications in making appointments as per UGC guidelines.
