Mysuru: Minister for Higher Education G.T. Devegowda (GTD) inaugurated the co-curricular activities of Vidyavardhaka First Grade College, Mysuru, to coincide with the institution's 40th anniversary celebrations in the College auditorium on July 21.
Addressing the students, he recalled the College Founder K. Puttaswamy and his vision in the field of education. Expressing confidence that he can responsibly handle the Ministry, GTD laid emphasis on skill development which is very important in the competitive world.
