Mysuru: Karnataka State Co-operative Federation (KSCF), Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), District Co-operative Federation and Department of Co-operation, together had organised a workshop on Goods and Services Tax (GST) for staff of KMF, Co-operative Federation and DCC Banks at Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel here on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Mruthyunjaya Kulkarni, Director (Marketing), KMF, opined that combining various types of taxes into one GST had pushed up the sale of KMF products. He refuted the claim of a few people that GST had affected sales of many products in the State.
