Applications must be submitted in Form-1B format seeking licence to dig borewells and in Form-4 for registration of ground water consumers. The filled in forms along with fee and documents must be submitted to the Directorate of Ground Water, Mysuru District, # 899, 3rd Main Road, 13th Cross, Saraswathipuram.
