Gram Panchayat (GP) employees, under the banner of Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU)-affiliated Karnataka State Gram Panchayat Employees Association, will stage a demonstration in front of Mysuru Zilla Panchayat (ZP) at 11 am tomorrow (May 29) seeking fulfilment of their various demands. The demands include implementation of Swamy Report, payment of wage dues, statutory benefits, monetary benefits upon retirement, framing of service rules and promotion to bill collectors and clerks, among others.
