Mysuru: A four-day training programme on ‘Duties and responsibilities of District and Taluk-level officers of Social Welfare Department and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department and the effective implementation of Government Schemes/ programmes for overall development of Scheduled Tribe communities in Karnataka’ was recently held in city.

The event was organised by Karnataka State Tribal Research Institute (KSTRI), Mysuru, in association with Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, at the State Institute for Urban Development, Administrative Training Institute (ATI) campus, on Lalitha Mahal Road here.
