Mysore/Mysuru: Two goldsmiths have been charged with cheating a gold company owner of 512 grams of gold bar and Rs. 9.8 lakh cash. The accused are Nikhil and Madesh of KT Street and the victim is Sounder Rajan of DGF Gold Company, Srirampura Main Road here.
In his complaint to Kuvempunagar Police, Rajan has alleged, “I was regularly giving the order received from the customers to make gold jewellery to Nikhil and Madesh. On Sept. 12 this year, I had given 512 grams of gold bar and Rs. 9.8 lakh cash to make valuables for four customers. However, they neither designed the valuable nor returned cash.”
