Mysore/Mysuru: The new One-Time Password (OTP)-based system of property registrations, rolled out on Feb. 5 by the Department of Stamps and Registration for all property registrations through Kaveri software, has hit a technical snag and as such property registration has come to a standstill in Mysuru. The problem has been noticed in the ‘6.8 patch’ of the software where the OTP-based system has been introduced.
