The Department of Electronics, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysuru, is organising a five-day free camp on ‘Hearing Aids Repair’ from Nov.26 to 30 (9.30 am to 4 pm) at the institute premises. In this camp, any individual with hearing aid can walk in and get his hearing aid serviced and repaired free of cost, the replacement of spares would also be done free of cost. The camp will have repair counters setup by all the major suppliers of hearing aids in the country such as Hansaton, Oticon, Amplifon, Arphi and Auditivo. All hearing aid users are requested to make use of this opportunity. Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha will inaugurate the camp at 9.30 am tomorrow in the quadrangle of the institute. Dr. M. Pushpavathi, Director, AIISH, will preside.
