Mysuru: In the backdrop of Assembly polls, four rowdy-sheeters have been externed from the district from May 7 to the midnight of May 13, said Mysuru District Superintendent of Police (SP) Amith Singh. The four rowdy-sheeters who have been barred from entering the district are Syed Khaleem and Ifsur Rehman Shariff of Hunsur Town Police Station and Harish and Girish of Nanjangud Rural Police Station. The SP further said that steps are being taken to banish those who indulge in anti-social activities and creating fear among the residents. He also warned that those indulging in illegal mining, sand mafia, cricket betting, gambling, rowdy activities, communal riots etc. would also be externed from the district.
