Mysuru: Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India), in association with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) - Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) and Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL) - Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is organising its 8th International Food Convention 2018 (IFCoN 2018) with the focal theme “Holistic Approaches for Start up, Food Innovation and Human Resource Training for Agriculture and Food Industry Gemmation” (HASHTAG) at CFTRI premises from Dec.12 to 15.
