Nisar Ahmed Shariff (79) Rtd. Office Superintendent, Southern Railways and former State footballer passed away at his residence in Mandi Mohalla early this morning. He is survived by a son, a daughter and host of relatives and friends. Namaz-e-Janaza will be offered after Namaz-e-Asar at 5 pm at Masjid-e-Baghban, Akbar Road, Lashkar Mohalla, Mysuru followed by burial at Muslim burial ground, behind Central Prision. Nissar Ahmed was former Secretray of Mysore District Foot Ball Association and Member, Governing Council, Kanataka State Foot Ball Association.
