Under the Chief Minister’s Skill Development Project, the Tourism Department, in association with Food Craft Institute (FCI), will be conducting various Food Craft Courses for unemployed youths at the FCI located in the first floor of Kannada Karanji building, Dasara Exhibition premises, starting from Apr.2. The courses offered are Food Production (6 months), Bakery & Confectionery (6 months), Food & Beverage Service (3 months), Front Office Management (3 months) and House Keeping (2 months). The applicants must have passed 10th standard. The upper age limit for men is 40 years and for women, 50 years. The prescribed application form can be collected from the FCI office.
