Mysore/Mysuru: In the wake of Assembly polls scheduled to take place on May 10 and in a bid to maintain law and order situation in city, M. Muthuraj, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) - Law and Order, who is also the Special Executive Magistrate, has passed an order banishing five rowdy-sheeters from city for a period ranging from four to five months.

These rowdy-sheeters have various cases pertaining to indulging in illegal activities and disturbing peace in city registered against them at various Police Stations across the city and hence an order has been passed on Mar. 29 banishing them from city for a certain period of time.
