Mysuru: The Department of Studies in Business Administration, Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana Education Centre, Metagalli, had organised a five-day workshop on e-Marketing recently at its campus in association with CarpeDiem, IIM Calcutta. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Vijayalakshmi Muralidhar, Secretary, Mahajana Education Society.
In her inaugural address she spoke on evolution of e-Business and said that e-Marketing helps in buying and selling products, supplies and services, serving customers, processing payment, managing production control, collaborating with business partners, sharing information etc. This workshop will go a long way in helping students to become entrepreneurs or to get gainful employment in e-business area.
