Mysuru: Six persons, including five teenaged boys, who are being treated at K.R. Hospital in city for burns sustained following an explosion in a fire cracker godown at Madapura village near Hampapura in H.D. Kote taluk on Friday, are said to be out of danger. The injured have been identified as Appu, 16, Madhu, 15, Kumar, 13, Darshan, 14, Devaraj, 16 and Mallanayaka, 60. On Friday evening, the crackers stored in the building, accidentally went off and brought down the godown building completely. The crackers were being made and assembled in the godown, for bursting during the annual Chandra Mouleshwara Mallikarjunaswamy Jatra Mahotsava that was scheduled to take place in a few days, it is learnt.
