Financial aid for education

The Union Ministry of Labour and Employment has invited online applications from children of Beedi, Limestone quarry, Dolomite mine, Iron ore mine, Manganese ore mine and cinema workers, for providing financial assistance for their education. Children of workers studying in Pre-Matric and Post-Matric classes can apply online before Oct. 31. The schools and colleges are required to scrutinise all the received applications within Nov. 15.
