Following speculations that Bars and Liquor outlets may function clandestinely in the wake of lockdown, the Excise Department officials from all the four Zones conducted an early morning drive today in their respective Zones, sealing off all Bars and Liquor outlets located in their respective jurisdiction. Each Zonal team was heade by an Excise inspector, supported by 4to 6 other departmental staff.
