The students of JSS Science and Technology University, Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, won the following prizes in the Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji Memorial Sports Meet held at Suttur in November: Volleyball (Men) - 2nd place; Throwball (Women) - 2nd place; Women team - Overall Championship; Women Individual Athlete Champions, Best Player - Volleyball and Throwball, March-past - 1st place; Athletics (Men) - 3 Silver medals; Athletics (Women) - 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal.
