Mysore/Mysuru: Seeking a fixed pension, ex-lecturers and employees of the now scrapped JOC (Job Oriented Courses) colleges coming Dept. of the then PUE and Vocational Courses Department, have urged the Govt. to consider their pre-regularisation employment period while deciding their pension.

More than 100 members of the Association of ex-JOC lecturers employees merged with other Government Departments, led by Association President K.S. Somashekar, met former MLA M.K. Somashekar at the latter’s residence here on Monday and presented a memorandum seeking to address their pension issues.
