At Vedika — 4 pm: Inauguration - Indian Institute for Educational Theatre (IIET) Founder Prasanna will inaugurate the 5-day Festival. Kannada Development Authority Chairman Dr. Purushotham Bilimale main speaker. Former Joint Secretary of Cabinet Secretariat Ravi Joshi and Vid. Anoor R. Ananthakrishna Sharma will be the chief guests. It will be followed by Nadaswara recital by M.G. Shridara and troupe, Melukote; 7 pm to 9 pm: Musical Performance ‘Laya Lavanya’ by Vid. Anoor Ananthakrishna Sharma.
