Sarod maestro Pt. Rajeev Taranath Memorial Programme, Dr. Vijaya, Pt. Nayan Ghosh, Dr. Jayant Kaikini and Vidwan T.M. Krishna will share their memories of the maestro, Dr. Dharanidevi Malagatti (Director of Kannada & Culture Department) presides, H. Janardhan (former Director of Rangayana, Mysuru) will present songs from the play ‘Kuri,’ sitar recital by Nayan Ghosh with Ishan Ghosh on tabla, screening of excerpts from documentary ‘Pt. Rajeev Taranath - A Life in Music,’ Trust premises, Saraswathipuram, 5 pm.
