10th programme under the ‘Aralu Prathibhe’ series, Karnataka classical vocal concert by Manya Manjunath, accompanied by Prerana Praveen on violin and Shubhang Samaga on mridanga, 5 pm to 6.15 pm; Prof. Dr. N.S. Tharanath felicitated city’s senior Gamaka artiste, Vid. Krishnagiri Ramachandra, who has been bestowed with ‘Kumaravyasa Gamaka Award’ recently by the Government of Karnataka, 6.30 pm; Gamaka programme on ‘Sundarakanda in Thorave Ramayana’ will be presented by Swathi Narasimhamurthy (in vachana) and senior scholar Vidu. Dr. Jyothi Shankar (in Vyakhyana), Suruchi Rangamane, Kuvempunagar, 7 pm onwards.
