In its endeavour to improve the facility to its stakeholders, Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office, Mysuru, has started a new initiative on WhatsApp auto chat facility for its subscribers. The members are not required to call on any number to ask their queries but can get answer for important question sitting at their office or home.
Presently the services like: a) How to file e-nomination by members. b) How to withdraw PF online. c) How to update KYC. d) How to update your name online. e) How to reset password. f) How to update the date of exit by members online, have been introduced both in English and Kannada language. Members can avail this facility by sending a message to EPFO’s official WhatsApp number 8105645793 during office hours. They will get the menu of question from which they can further select their choice of question.
