Builders’ Association of India (BAI) Mysuru Centre and Balaji Blue Sands Pvt. Ltd., which have constituted ‘BAI Mysuru - Blue Sand Awards for Construction Excellence- 2017’ has invited nominations for the award in 13 categories.
They are: Commercial Buildings; Industrial Buildings; Institutional Buildings; Residential Buildings – Up to 60 sq mts; Residential Buildings – 60 sq mts to 225 sq mts; Residential Buildings – 225 sq mts to 370 sq mts; Residential Buildings – 370 sq mts and above; Apartments – Below 50 flats; Apartments – 50 to 100 flats; Apartments – 100 and above flats; Layouts; Civil Engineering Projects and Utility Projects.
