Mysore/Mysuru: Senior Advocate of Bengaluru and former Karnataka Advocate General Ashok Haranahalli was elected as the new President of Akhila Karnataka Brahmana Mahasabha at Bengaluru on Sunday.
The polls to elect the President was held at Mysuru, Hassan, Raichur, Hubballi and Shivamogga on Dec. 12, while the same was held at Bengaluru yesterday. There were three contestants in the fray — Ashok Haranahalli, S. Raghunath and R. Lakshmikanth.
