Dr. G. Siddesh, Director, SIGMA Hospital, Mysuru, has been elected to the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) — as Vice-President for 2021 and as President for 2022 — the world’s second largest Association of Surgeons. A Professor, former HoD of Surgery and a renowned Surgeon of Laparoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy, Dr. Siddesh has conducted a number of CME programme at State, National and International level. During Covid pandemic, he has conducted many virtual CMEs also. In 2016, he hosted ASI Conference in Mysuru as Hon. Secretary of the same Association.
