Bengaluru: Following the announcement of Assembly poll schedule, Deputy Chief Election Commissioner of India Ajay Bhadoo reviewed the preparations that are being undertaken by the State Election Commission (SEC) with the senior officials at the SEC office here yesterday.
At the meeting, Ajay Bhadoo reviewed the pre-election preparations, discussed about programmes to create aware- ness about voting among the people, sought information about officials on election duty, about Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) activities and other election-related campaign programmes and their implementation.
