Mandya: It will be a unique contest for food-lovers to keep their taste buds tingling. A traditional District-level Ragi Mudde, Naati Koli Saaru (chicken curry) eating contest will be held on Sunday (July 1) at Mangala Village near Mandya. What’s more, participants of the competition will even get a chance to act in a cinema.
The contest has been organised at Sri Maramma Temple, Mangala village jointly by Janata Talkies, Namma Haiklu Team, Neladani Balaga and Swamy Veeranjaneya Seva Samithi. The competition will begin at 1 pm and before the competition, 500 Ragi Mudde and chicken curry will be kept ready.
