Drinking water supply from new pipeline: Boil water before drinking

As drinking water is being supplied to city through the new pipeline from Hongalli 3rd Stage, laid under AMRUT project, residents of DMA areas such as Hebbal, Kumbarakoppal, Manchegowdanakoppal, Kannegowdanakoppal, Mahadeshwara Layout, Basavanagudi, Lakshmikantha Nagar, Gokulam 1st to 3rd Stages, Lokanayaka Nagar, Subbarayanakere, Sharadadevi Nagar, Bogadi 2nd Stage, Vijayanagar 1st to 3rd Stages, RMP, BEML Layout, KHB Colony, Hootagalli, Janata Nagar, T.K. Layout, Saraswathipuram, Tonachikoppal and other areas in Ward Nos. 1 to 6, 20, 21, 23, 42 to 45 and 47 are likely to receive muddy water for a few days. Hence, Vani Vilas Water Works Supply Division has urged residents to filter and boil the water before drinking.
